DEH (Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System) is a control device widely usedin the steam turbine of large power station. It’s mainly designed to control therotation rate and power of the steam turbine during the unit’s start-stop and normaloperation process, to protect the stream turbine’s over speed, and meanwhile, tomonitoring the inlet and outlet parameters of the steam turbine, the temperature ofcylinder and bearing, as well as the parameters of the rotate rate and generatorpower, etc.Shanghai Xinhua DEH-ⅢA control system used in#1unit was put intoproduction in1998. Its network configuration, card design and DPU performance wasrelatively backward. The aging equipment, low system capacity and rising failure ratewere severe threats to the safe operation of the unit. So upgrading the DEH controlsystem from Xinhua DEH-ⅢA system to XDC-800DEH-V system was quitenecessary.In this thesis, through the introduction of control principle and systemconfiguration of the steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic system, and analysis onthe transformation of DEH control system used in330MW unit, the application of theXinhua XDC-800DEH system in Huadian Weifang Power Generation Co., LTD. wasdemonstrated. It was proved that the reform of the DEH control system used in330MW unit was necessary by analyzing its original state, design principles and theretrofit scheme. Analysis on the function and operating effect of the control systemalso revealed explained the characteristics and advantages of Xinhua XDC-800DEHcontrol system.
