| The heat&mass cycle energy recovery system is a new kind of energy recoverysystem based on the Micro Heat&Mass Cycle and Macro Heat&Mass Cycle tech-nology, the system can be widely used in air and flue gas and steam energy recovery,especially suitable for the situation that gas for heat exchange can’t contact each otherdirectly, and can achieve multi point energy recovery and utilization. The tower forheat and mass transfer is the core block, study its working characteristics and opera-tion mode control strategy is the key to improve the performance of the system. As theimportant unit network of solution pipes link the energy recovery tower and energyrelease tower, research solution thermal parameters change and energy loss in the dis-tribution process helps to improve performance. This subject based on Mat-lab/Simulink, using a modular simulation idea, study the Heat&Mass Cycle EnergyRecovery System by simulation, main work and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, studied the operation mode and system structure of heat&mass cycleenergy recovery system, based on modular modeling idea, established simulation sys-tem framework of the system;Secondly, based on Matlab/Simulink, established the simulation model of theMicro Heat&Mass Cycle within the tower. Simulate the working characteristics andjoint operation control strategy of the tower for heat and mass transfer, in order toprovide reference basis for operation control of the tower. Research shows that, ad-just the solution flow could be a mean of energy recovery process control, to controlenergy release process we can adjust the solution flow, temperature and fresh air flow.Research the combined operating strategy of the towers, in the heat recovery mode ofwinter,the system as pretreatment machine has higher COP and Smaller circulatingsolution flow. The results can be used as heat transfer tower operation control strategyguiding principle;Thirdly, by using Matlab/Simulink established the solution pipe network resis- tance loss and thermal loss simulation model. The characteristics of the model is rela-tively simple pipeline model can be built and the equipment model, according to thepipeline arrangement through the different combination of modules, flexible lap rela-tively complex network model, in order to further establish a hydrothermal circulationheat recovery system model lays the foundation. And can provide guidance for prac-tical engineering pipe network layout. |
