:Future demand for information warfare makes unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) to become the focus of today’s countries weaponry development. Single drone (UAV) platform in the future of information technology, network battlefield environment playing combat effectiveness will be extremely limited. The Cooperative Engagement of Multi-UCAV will become important in the future as a combat style.This article through in-depth research on domestic and international UAV flight control system, analyzes the current research situation and development trend of UAV flight control system. According to the topic demand of UAV network flight control system,this article adapting the development trend of UAV network, high integration,and multi-mission platform, designs and implements a network flight control systems. The system rationally allocates three main tasks units of flight control, systems management and navigation information fusion. According to the needs of navigation information fusion unit,this paper respectively completes the design of inertial measurement unit module, AD signal acquisition module, GPS module, airspeed gauge, SCI, CAN and SPI communication module,and designs the module Interface of scalable differential GPS, radio altimeter, super wideband radar, airborne/ground visual navigation and implements various sensor module application testing; According to the requirement of flight control and system management tasks,This article completes the design of the network control module, the servo control module, system status monitoring module and data recording module to ensure real-time system and improve the system efficiency;This paper designs redundant design method of servo control loop to achieve bus steering and improve flight safety; Finally this paper gets the overall design of the flight control system hardware and finishes the work of the printed circuit board production and commissioning. Subsequently,this article designs computer software that can meet the performance requirements of real-time flight control,transplants embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ to the flight control system’s hardware platform,develops the basic drive and initialization procedure of system hardware underlying interface and performs the flight control system navigation information fusion module data acquisition and multi-communication interface experiment.Finally, this article builds UAV formation flight semi-physical simulation platform based on X-Plane,the hardware foundation of this platform bases on networked flight control system, this platform chooses X-Plane aircraft simulation environment and completes data exchange between multiple machines via TCP/IP network protocol to achieve the eight UAV formation flight. After the actual flight tests,this flight control system achieves the autonomous landing and lead aircraft and wingman formation flying.
