In recent years the total length of China’s highways increased rapidly, motortransport plays an increasingly important role in the transport undertakings. This has putforward higher requirements of safety and stability for automotive, moreover, alongwith the improvement of people’s quality of life, the expectation for automotive is morethan a transport or a conveyance, the handling and comfort for automotive become moreimportant. These performances have a relationship with motor-vehicle chassis to a largeextent, the pros and cons of the suspension have a significant impact on the performancefor chassis.The guide mechanism determines the kinematics of the wheel when the vehiclecoming under the impact of acceleration, influence the handling characteristics ofautomotive; the springs and dampers chiefly influence the comfort performance of thevehicle. The study object of this paper is double wishbone suspension which equippedwith air spring, it mainly includes an analysis of guide mechanism from the perspectiveof kinematics and research on the fuzzy control method of air spring.A multi-rigid-body model of double-wishbone guide mechanism is established inRecurdyn software, add kinematic pairs for the model, the changing curves of mainwheel-alignment-parameters is obtained from the kinematics simulation for the model,all parameters comply with the basic requirements of the automotive driving dynamics.White noise mathematical model of road excitation integral is established inMatlab/simulink, obtain two road input signals of the car speed is50km/h in B and Clevel road. Establish mathematical model of air suspension, the fuzzy controller of airspring is established in the fuzzy module, verify the control effect of fuzzy controller bythe simulation with the car speed is50km/h on B level and C level road. A Neuro-Fuzzycontroller is designed by combination with BP neural network, the internal parametersof original fuzzy controller have changed through the neural network studying andtraining. Compare the Neuro-Fuzzy controller and the simple fuzzy controller with theprecondition is the car speed is50km/h and road level is C grade, the results show thatthe control effect of Neuro-Fuzzy controller is better. It provides a theoretical basis forthe research on control strategy of auto controlled suspension.
