In recent years, with further increase global productivity able to adapt to morecomplex production environment and meet the needs of the more diverse marketinstitutions and the new multifunction systems has become the machinerymanufacturing industry competing to explore and research directions. At this timeparallel mechanism came into being. Relative to the serial mechanism, it is a new typeof organization. Its main advantage is its higher stiffness, higher accuracy and smallererrors, and these benefits just to meet the goal of modern machinery, which makes thewidely used parallel mechanism. Stiffness analysis and performance evaluation is animportant part in PKM structural design. How can I find rigidity analytical modelingand evaluation method is suitable for the needs of conceptual design, detailed designstudies to meet the needs of the whole stiffness fast and accurate finite elementmodeling and experimental methods in order to PKM designed to provide a moreaccurate stiffness analysis and performance evaluation model is placed in front of themachinery manufacturers a big challenge. This is also the main contents of this paper.In this paper,3-PRS parallel mechanism for the research mode. First of itskinematic analysis of this model has been compared Jacques matrix, through itsJacobian matrix stiffness matrix model to establish a tradition of this model.Finite element software ANSYS Workbench to3-PRS parallel mechanism hascarried on the comprehensive dynamic analysis.
