China is a country with frequent earthquakes. Obvious seismic may have an effectof dangerous on the operation safety of the high-speed rail, it is necessary to research inearthquake to HSR alarm threshold. The past earthquake when high-speed alarmthreshold mainly is subject to peak acceleration. Peak acceleration mainly reflects thehigh frequency components, without considering intermediate frequency and lowfrequency components. It is essential to study the peak acceleration and spectrumcharacteristics of the alarm threshold. Through the introduction of the spectral intensitycan be very good to solve this problem, research has shown that spectral intensity isproportional to the peak acceleration, can not only reflect the peak acceleration, but alsocan reflect the frequency spectrum characteristics. Based on high-speed trains when theearthquake alarm thresholds, the paper conducts some research as following:(1). introduce high-speed train research background and the status of earthquakealarm threshold at home and abroad.(2). select in recent years commonly used models of high-speed trains in ourcountry to determine the relevant parameters of the train. Some assumptions are chosento do to determine the degree of freedom and vehicle-track coupling model. WithGerman track spectrum as internal incentives and different frequency sine wave and15seismic as external incentives, the dynamic response analysis of high-speed trains wascalculated.(3). the paper uses lateral wheel/rail force, wheel weight reducing load rate and thecoefficient of derailment to judge whether high-speed trains running safety. Consideringthe common role of internal incentives and external incentives, dynamic responseanalysis was carried out on the vehicle-track coupling model under different speed ofdifferent frequency sine wave and15seismic waves. By comparing the three securityindexes, the critical amplitude under different frequency sine wave and the critical peakacceleration under15of seismic wave are given, and critical spectrum intensities aregiven by integrating velocity spectrum on0.12.5s points. Finally the preliminaryresults are given based on the spectral intensity high-speed trains during the earthquakealarm threshold.
