With the reduction of resources, there is a growing emphasis on recycling and use ofenergy.Therefore,energy recovery appeared.It is widely used among vehicles,energystorage of power systems,construction machinery and other systems.In energy recovery,thehigh-power DC/DC is a core device.The high-power DC/DC is used for energy recovery can not only spread positiveenergy, and can reverse the spread of energy. Based on a wide basis of power for energyrecovery on the DC/DC device literatures, a detailed analysis is done, and for a largeengineering machinery designed a high-power DC/DC device for energy recovery, in thecase of such high power, energy use and recovery achieved by this means.Firstly, the paper analyzes the various main circuit topology can be used for energyrecovery, and draws using multiphase interleaved main circuit topology based on thecharacteristics of each topology to achieve energy recovery in case of power, and thisarticle from the actual situation, staggered two-phase main circuit topology was used todesign the device. Secondly, two-phase interleaved topology works and way to achievesoft-switching technology was analyzed, and then proposing that achieving soft-switchtechnology by controlling the main power switch on and off in a two-phase interleavedtiming of the main circuit topology, and using Matlab/Simulink simulation to verify thecorrectness of the principle. Then, analyzing condition that the main power switch toachieve soft switching in hardware point of view as well as power switches, inductors andcapacitors of the main circuit topology were designed selection. Then again, analysis anddesign of the main circuit topology power switch driver. Finally, detailed analysis of theprinciple of the control circuit, designed with filtering and isolation voltage and currentsampling circuit and main circuit board DSP control, and in the DSP to achieve the controlsample with AD correction, soft switches, loop control, protection and control procedures.In order to verify the feasibility of the device that was composed by the main circuit,driver circuit,control circuit, build a prototype based on the above design, and aftercommissioning, when providing energy to the load, DC bus voltage reaches the requirements between640V-720V, reached the required discharge current to400A,300KWpower requirements is reached, when energy recovery, super capacitor terminal voltagereaches the required between408V-571V, charging current200A is reached,110KW powerrequirement is reached.
