| After six times of railway speed increasing,railway vehicles in our country develops inthe direction of the high-speed overload gradually. With the faster and faster speed of railvehicle,people increasly focus on the safety and reliability of high-speed rail.Strength isoutstanding problem of rail vehicle safety,so strength test about rail vehicle safety is paidattention on.Bogie is a major component of rail vehicles,and frame is the skeleton of thebogie,so strength analysis of frame is also crucial.In this paper,for our current strength test standards of rail vehicles,the similarities anddifferences between the standards after comparative analysis of the relevant standards for railvehicles in developed countries.And comparing strength analysis of foreign standards whichis to CRH5bogie frame as the research object,the advantages and disadvantages aregot,which provide guidance for the development of rail vehicle strength test standards toadapt our country.Finally,the modal analysis of frame conductd,the influence of structuralparameters to the modal analysis of frame is researched.Firstly,by contrasting the difference of the scope of application,test content,loadtype,condition,static strength evaluation methods and fatigue strength evaluation methodsbetween the standards carried by developed rail countries,find the differences betweenUIC615-4:2003,JIS E4207,JIS E4208and EN13749:2005.Secondly,to CRH5train bogie frame as the research object,use CAD to build the model,and import it into HYPERMESH to get its finite element model which elastic constraint isapplied on and which is based on the model of face.And by reference to the static strength andfatigue strength analysis repert of CRH5bogie frame from CNR Changchun RailwayVehicles Co.,Ltd,the results of equivalent stress is close to its,which are finite anslysis resultson the frame which super vertical load according to UIC615-4:2003is applied on.Becausethe finite analysis model is body in the analysis report,it is face model in this article.So theclose results shows the finite element model of frame is reasonable in this article.Then,according to the standard of UIC615-4,JIS E4207,JIS E4208and EN13749,calculatethe working load which strength analysis requires.Those load is applied on the above finiteelement model of frame obtained,and the model is imported into ANSYS to solve.And staticstrength, fatigue strength analysis of their respective standard process is compared.The mainload value, material performance parameters and strength analysis results, strength evaluationmethod according to three standards were compared, conclude that the difference in theirrespective standards in the use, and provide guidance for the establishment of correspondingstandards in our country. Finally,the modal analysis of bogie frame has been conducted with Subspace method todetermine the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode of frame.And the modalanalysis of the modelof different structural parameters is conducted to obtained the influenceof modal with the change of structural parameter of frame. |
