To make limited construction fund produce maximum benefits, it’s vitally significance toeffectively control the construction engineering cost, so finding the impacting factors is thekey. Engineering data increase with more and more completed construction projects, howeverat present the construction data are only roughly handled without thorough analyzing to findits inherent law. The theory of the thesis is based on data changes of construction engineeringcost of several projects, current cost management in China as well as the data of completedengineering cost to calculate and analyze the impact factors of construction engineering cost, meanwhile improve the add-on of engineering materials. The thesis introduces the key factors of construction engineering and the frame ofengineering cost, thus establishing a comprehensive and objective engineering cost indexsystem to reflect the construction engineering cost of different stages and systematicallyanalyze and introduce the factors to construction engineering cost. Actually, more attentionwill be paid to analyzing the impact factors of the project implementation stage: based on theexisting cost materials of six construction projects of some university in Gansu province, afterexcerpting, sorting and discriminating the related cost data, make comparison of differenttypes of construction engineering cost data, analyze every engineering change caused byunilateral cost changes and analyze the key impact factors to construction cost and unitengineering and separated parts of a project, which have largest impact on constructionengineering cost by engineering examples through the cost changes on the projectimplementation stage of unit engineering and separated parts of a project and constructionengineering cost’ factor analysis model based on Entropy-Gray mathematical method.Through the analysis and research above, the thesis concludes that the key impact factorsto construction engineering cost are site visa caused by inadequate preparation of constructionunit, design changes caused by design unit, design changes by construction unit requires andcost changes by new projects, followed by vise caused by outer environment changes andpre-period design changes to dismantling. In the process of the project implementation stage, the closest relationships with project completing settlement cost of separated parts of a projectare steelwork, concrete structure, roofing engineering and earth and rock engineering amongthe civil engineering. The construction costs of the separated parts of a project above have thelargest impact on project completion settlement, and therefore the construction engineeringcost control should focus on them. The thesis will have a comprehensive analysis of the quantitative and qualitative onexamples of construction projects, deeply dissect the changes of the project implementationstage cost, summarize and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis results, for the results of making project cost control more scientific, targeted, and ultimately improving project economics benefits as well as providing reference for lateranalysis of construction engineering cost control.
