With the enhancement of the deepening of market economy and building aconservation minded society of the comprehensive promotion and awareness ofenvironmental protection, the development of traditional on-site mixing mortar is not moreand more adapt to the modern building industry, promote high qualitydry mixed mortarapplication is not only solve the key project quality common failing, the inevitable productof a certain stage but also the construction industryto the development of.This paper first studied the effects of dry mixed mortar parts material on itsperformance, by changing the content of each component of the compressive strength,flexural strength of mortar, stratification, water retention properties ofstatistical data, andpoints out that the cement sand ratio was1:2, the mortarcompressive strength, flexuralstrength;the amount of water, thickening powder content, the amount of fly ash,redispersible latex powder content mainlyinfluences the construction of mortarperformance,content properly can significantly improve the workability and durability,through the test data statistical analysis, provides the reference for the future than thedesign of dry mixedmortar in buildings with in engineering applications.The second part of the article expounds the practical application of dry mixedmortar, through the example, use the data visually display the dry mixed mortarexcellentadvantage in the economic, social, environmental benefits, etc., tovigorously promoted inthe construction industry to provide a more reliabledecision support.
