Steel due to its many advantages, is more widely used in a variety of structures, fatigue failure as one of the most important failure mode of steel, has been a great attention. Stress concentration factor as a major source of fatigue, fatigue strength plays a crucial role in the structure of different levels of detail are often different stress concentration, stress concentration is more serious, the more easy to form the source of fatigue, causing fatigue damage."Steel Design Code"(2003version) to the fatigue calculation and connections are divided into eight classes, but with the increase in the type of construction details, dimensions increases, the need for further classification of components and connections supplement and perfect.In this paper, the National Natural Science Foundation of China "under the crane in-depth study of the role of hanging space grid structure fatigue problems" as support for several common forms of welded connections (T-connector, cross connections, tube plate connection, pipe ball connection), on the basis of previous studies on the use of finite element analysis software, connect to the several forms of the finite element analysis, namely the establishment of a13,12,12,13models, derived its stress-strain conditions peak stress position that stress concentration worst position.
