Wind energy is a clean, green and inexhaustible energy. The extensive use of wind power is beneficial to the solution of the global energy and environmental crisis. Along with the rapid development of world economy, wind as one of the optimum new century new energy, wind power generation technology research become more and more important.The best method of wind power technology is connect the wind turbine and generator directly, experiment in the real wind field, but in the real wind field wind will be uncontrolled, could not be well qualitative experiment, and as a result of the natural wind randomness can’t conduct experiments at any time. So building wind power simulation system in the laboratory is very necessary, which can simulate the overall experiment of power generation systems of different wind turbine under different wind speed and wind volume, research the wind power system control and stability.In this paper, the wind power simulation system, mainly includes the following aspects:1. Set up the model of wind and the mathematical model of wind turbine, through the Simulink simulate, get the maximum wind energy capture of wind turbines. Established and the simulation the model of wind turbine based on DC machine, prove that the wind turbine system simulated by DC machine can reflect the actual characteristics of the wind turbine.2. Compare the similarity of asynchronous motor and wind turbine characteristics, build a model of wind turbine based on asynchronous machine, simulated through the Simulink.3. Established a simulation system of doubly-fed asynchronous wind power generator driven by asynchronous motor, the doubly-fed asynchronous generator use double closed loop control, out loop control the power, the inner loop control the current, complete simulation of overall system of doubly-fed asynchronous wind power generator driven by wind turbine.4. Collected characteristic curve of wind power generator,which the capacity are1.5MW,2.5MW,3.0MW,5.0MW, the data processing of curve used the Getdata software, the curve fitting of data used matlab software, completed hierarchical control of wind turbine.5. Used the22kW wind power converter laboratory experiment platform research and experimented the doubly-fed wind power generator system, completed the all requirements of distributed power source micro grid experiments in laboratory, realized the variable speed constant frequency generate with doubly-fed wind power generator system in wide speed range.
