Intelligent Grid has long been recognized by the industry now. Meanwhile, it has beengenerally considered as the trend of the development and evolution of the power system in thefuture. With the development of the concept of Intelligent Grid and its actual construction, theconstruction of Intelligent Grid dispatching support system (SG-OSS system), which is oneof the means for the regulators to drive the Intelligent Grid, is increasingly significant.Based on the current power dispatching automation research home and abroad, this studyparticularly introduces the construction and research of the SG-OSS system in Shenyang. Inaddition, it also explains its design requirements and implementation scheme.This paper will respectively offer an in-depth illustration of the function of this systemfrom two aspects: the hardware architecture and the software design. The system networkingfunctions by the dual machine thermal run architecture with the help of the Kylin Linux,which can be transplanted, constructed and operated in the hybrid platform of the domesticSugon server. Evaluating the reliability level of the hardware and software, this paperproposes some proper solution for constructing hardware with high reliability. In the aspect ofrealizing the software function, adopting the SOA framework and DBMS databaseconstruction, this system is equipped with the functions of realizing some basic functions likeEMS, SCADA and so on. Also this system has some advanced applications, such as PAS,DTS, WEB browse and so on. Based on the flow of data flow this paper illustrates theprinciple of realization of each function module and the data relation among each module, andestimation identification algorithm.Finally, this paper analyzes the construction procedure of the system and thetechnological issues of this Shenyang pilot case. After debugging and commissioning, withthe assistance of the integration platform and a great number of power auxiliary programs, theSG-OSS system has realized the panoramic surveillance of the power grid, showing relevantlyhigh intelligence. All in all, the experiences and results in the course of the construction ofpilot in Shenyang can be provided to other pilots as reference.
