As we all know, it is the best operation and the optimal-allocation of parametersunder different loads conducive to improve the economic benefit of units operation thathave a very important significance to energy-saving and emission reduction.Firstly, the optimal of units operation were studied with only one variable. Based onheat balance, regarding the minimum of heat rate and standard-coal consumption per unitof time as objective functions, the study developed the optimization model of initialpressure under the conditions of pure steam and steam extraction for a certain load,simultaneously gaining the program of optimal initial pressure. According to theinfluence of the different combination of circular pumps on net power output of cold-endsystem, the study also established the optimization model of circular water pumps. Andthe correctness of the two models above was verified by calculating with a unit ofC300-16.7/0.43/537/537as an example. Moreover, the optimal initial pressure wasobtained in different loads by the method exhaustive optimization, and it was account forhow main steam pressure influences thermal efficiency, and the result shows that there isa value of main steam pressure making the thermal economic value optimal by adjustingthe steam-allocation in the constant load. By the same method, the optimum operatingmode of circular water pumps was also calculated out during circular water temperaturecontinually changing in different loads and it was acquired that the obtained optimumcombination of circular water pumps can be directly used to adjust the operation mode ofcircular water pumps.Secondly, the optimal of units operation were also studied with two variables. Basedon heat balance and the operation optimization of circular water pumps, regarding themaximum of supplied-power efficiency and the minimum of standard-coal consumptionas objective functions, the study developed the optimization model of initial pressure andback pressure under the conditions of pure steam and steam extraction, simultaneouslygaining the program of optimal initial pressure and back pressure. Taking a unit ofC300-16.7/0.43/537/537as an example, it was carried out to calculate the optimal valueof multivariate optimization model by the method of improved optimization algorithm ofparticle swarm, achieving the optimal initial pressure and back pressure under differentloads. As a result, the optimal main steam pressure and exhaust steam pressure could beobtained by adjusting the steam-allocated way and the inlet temperature of circular waterunder a certain load, providing a reference for the study of operation parametersoptimization of units.All in all, the optimization models of operation parameters on this study are simple and applicable with PowerBuilder language, precisely reflecting the factual situation ofoperation. It can therefore provide a guideline for high efficiency operation of units.
