Condenser performance directly affects the safety and economy of the unit in powerplant, while copper condenser fouling is the leading cause of vacuum deterioration of thecondenser. The present work experimentally studies the application of the methods, andreveals its impact of ultrasonic anti-fouling. The ultrasonic anti-fouling systems anddevices using in power plant condenser are designed and developed.Firstly, this paper discusses the anti-ultrasonic descaling and the basic theory of heattransfer enhancement on the ultrasonic cavitation effect of anti-scaling and the importantrole of enhanced heat transfer. Secondly, under laboratory conditions, The work simulatesthe flow of water law fouling process in the heat exchanger, in order to verify themechanism of ultrasound technology and the effects of scaling and fouling. Experimentalresults show that cleaning effect is proportional to ultrasonic intensity; and the effect ofheat transfer enhancement with the ultrasound into the complex relationship betweenpower, ultrasonic power reaches a certain value to achieve the best value of heat transfereffects. This article is also the first ultrasound system built-in comparison with theexternal, built-in than the external scale effect of the detergent, but also when thetransducer and the horn are descaling scale,the experiment is the best. Finally, this paperalso designed a300MW turbine generator technology solutions condenser anti-foulingand heat transfer enhancement, and its economic benefits are predicted.
