Electrical power system can be run stably in multiple states. In power gridcontaining wind farms, use probability theory to simulate uncertainties, create a modeland optimize by an algorithm, get the best lowest cost fuel economic, called OPF forpower grid containing wind farms.Currently, deterministic power flow analysis methods is applied in power gridplanning, actually, there are some nondeterminacy in power system planning as: loadpower, generator output, network parameter, environment, electricity price.etc. In thispaper, probability theory has been used to build a probability model to reflect theuncertainty of power system.Due to random and uncontrollable natural wind speed, wind farm output is not adefinite value, probability methods can fully consider the fluctuation of the wind farmoutput. And as wind turbine impellers’ shielding effect, wake effects that exist in windfarm mak actual output less than calculated value. The thesis analyzes the process ofwake effects, makes it appropriate to power flow calculation by simplifying someconditions.Programming by using the IEEE-30standard test systems, analyze the effect ofwake effects on probability of voltage beyond limited and direction of branch power flowin probabilistic power flow calculation contains wind farms; combine probability flowtheory and optimal power flow theory and solve the model by PSO to establish aprobabilistic optimal power flow model of wind farm, compare fuel costs in differentcircumstances and probability of voltage out-of-limit, verify the validity and accuracy ofthe model.
