Abstract:Aircraft braking system is an important component of aircraft takeoff and landing system. Compared with the hydraulic braking system, electric braking system is becoming a hot research area with its light weight, small size, high reliability and other characters. High voltage driver plays an important role in aircraft electric braking system. Because the braking performance depends on if the aircraft can make quick and accurate response to the brake signal. Therefore, it is essential and meaningful to do research on the control method of high voltage driver in aircraft electric braking system to improve the braking performance and reliability.Firstly, the overseas and domestic research status and development trend of the high voltage driver in aircraft electric braking system are analysized in the paper. Secondly, a new design of high voltage driver is proposed with no position sensor, speed sensor or pressure sensor on the basis of the composition and working principle of high voltage driver control system and brushless DC motor. And the simulation model of the high voltage driver is built in Matlab/Simulink. Then a three-loop control strategy that the pressure loop is outer loop and the speed and position loop are inner loop is proposed according to the design scheme. And the control strategy of the pressure loop is single neuron adaptive PID algorithm with an improved learning rule that is on the basis of unsupervised Hebb learning rule, supervised Hebb learning rule and LMS learning rule. Besides, the startup strategy of the brushless DC motor in the electromechanical actuation machine is improved by calculating the exact power-on time of each two-phase after the mathematical analysis of traditional startup strategy.Finally, semi-physical simulation platform on aircraft electric braking system is built to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the design scheme and control strategy of the high voltage driver.
