Application Research Of Silane In Pretreatment Of Construction Machinery Structural Parts

Construction machinery plays an important role in the national economy, but the corrosion of its structure parts often occurs, which affects the life of construction machinery. Surface protection of construction machinery has a very important practical significance.Pretreatment of construction machinery structural parts has an important impact on the quality of the painting. Silane as an environmentally friendly pretreatment product has been widely studyed in pretreatment field.In this paper, the application of silane in pretreatment of construction machinery structure parts were discussed.Because water-base cutting fluid is widely used in the machining progress of structural parts of construction machinery, and it make a bad effect on the quality of silane pretreament and painting process. To solve the problem, A method of testing water-base cutting fluid residue after shoot blasting was proposed, and the adhesion and salt spray resistance of coating affected by the concentrations of water-base cutting fluid affected was also researched.We got silane film in different kinds of surface cleanliness levels and derusting grades and using EDS, SEM to analysis the characterize of silane films; We got some conclusions from NSS and EIS result:the steel surface cleanliness level required to achieve level one; The derusting grade of steel surface must be Sa2.5; By using neutralization process (flash rust), corrosion resistance of steel is unfavorable; Bath pH is4.5, temperature is25℃, curing temperature is120℃,10minutes, and steel have best corrosion resistance.
