The main method for intrusive treatment is micro-implantable medical devices while most of them rely on batteries. Patients suffer a lot from relacing battery regularly. Besides, batteries are easy to leak out with high volume and low integration. Wireless energy transition wins its fitness because of its biocompatibility and wireless way.For better designing and making use of3D flexible resonator it’s necessary to calculate the inductance and value of Q. This paper analysis the elements of inductance and Q value and obtain a method to calculate them accurately.To begin with this paper explained the principal of wireless energy transition. The factors affecting L value and Q value were outlined from the angel of circuit and magnetic theory. The advantages and drawbacks of different methods were put forward. Then the DC inductance, parasitic capacitance and parasitic resistant were research and developed. At last the theory and actual result were compare to prove correction.The result showed that the designed method provided with high accuracy and wide applicability which could be populated to more resonator calculation.
