Research On The Local Passenger Train Planning Optimization Problem Of Kunming Railway Administration After The Operation Of High-Speed Railway

Yunnan province lies in the southwest of China with its slow development of railway transportation in the past years. The passenger plan of the local train has been unable to meet the growing demand for passenger flow and Kunming-Lijiang line capacity is in tension obviously. During the Twelfth Five-Year guideline, the railway transportation business will be booming in Yunnan province, including the development of high-speed railway and the renovation and expansion of the railway which provide a good condition for the plan of local passenger train. Combined with the tourism characteristics of Yunnan province and the distributing center of Kunming, the thesis researches the optimization problems of local passenger train planning as follows.Firstly, based on the development of rail network in Yunnan province, this thesis analyzes position and function that it is new or existing line and studies its current situation and future development trend.Secondly the thesis is focused on the study of Kunming-Lijiang passenger flow by using the tourism revenue as the demand characteristics with the rational mathematical model. Then make a prediction on the flows and the volume of passengers to the near, long-term of the railway by using basic Logit model.Finally, in order to make scientific and rational local passenger plan, the thesis coordinates and optimizes between the capacity of local passenger train and passenger demand, main factors influencing the local passenger train plan are analyzed. On this basis, the optimization methods and algorithms of potential line set based line planning for local passenger train is built up. According to the method the local passenger train plan of main lines in Yunnan province are summed up. By contrasted with the plan existed, the thesis verifies the optimization program.
