With the extensive application of blasting techniques, the millisecond blasting, asan active method of reducing the blasting vibration, was got widely used. Meanwhile, asthe production of digital detonator was large-scale,it also provided the material base foraccurate millisecond blasting. Therefore, carrying out the study of optimal millisecondinterval in draw on slope is very meaningful to protect the stability of the slope, promotethe production and keep the safe operation of the infrastructure projects. On the background of National Natural Science Foundation of China(51174147),this paper on the issue that the gap was big with different methods, based onindoor experiment of concrete slope model, firstly,it used the wavelet packet analysis toinvestigate the energy spectra of blasting vibration signals in different interval and wegot the energy distributions for different frequency bands; and then we could chose theoptimal millisecond interval. Then, by dealing with the blasting vibration velocitysignals by direct differential and denoising and with the method of Fourier, theacceleration response spectrum and standard acceleration response spectrum withdifferent interval could be gotten.By comparing the values of the acceleration,we couldensure the optimal millisecond interval and the results of the two methods werebasically the same.It showed that it’s feasible for us to get the optimal millisecondinterval by the comprehensive analysis method of wavelet packet analysis and responsespectrum analysis. This paper provided us a new method to ensure the optimal millisecond interval.Inaddition, combined with the models analysis of the slope, this paper also described theproper resonant region on the slope, which gave a certain guiding significance in thedraw on slope blasting.
