The performance of engine mounting system for vehicle the pros and cons ofharshness (NVH) characteristics play an important role, especially in engine idle speedcondition. The merits of the suspension system performance mainly depends on thestiffness of the suspension system and the structure of the suspended soft mat of these twoaspects, optimization methods for the stiffness of the suspension system is very mature,and related research is also very much, but, in terms of mount cushion structure design, sofar there are no a rapid and effective design method. Therefore, the study of enginemounting cushion structure optimization is very necessary.The main research work done is as follows:(1) through a lot of reading literature, analyzing various suspension cushion structuredesign method, to find a suitable suspension cushion design method, namely, the finiteelement method, neural network and genetic algorithm.(2) the target stiffness coefficient of compressive stiffness and shearing stiffness ratio a ndthe actual application requirement is soft mat suspension geometry model of the keyfactors.(3) the ABAQUS finite element software the kernel of the Python language study, analyzeits batch programming method, write a soft mat suspension stiffness finite elementcalculation of batch process, in this program, the structure parameters within the range ofset according to the given step length automatic finite element model is established, andthen set properties, load and network divided into finite eleme nt calculation, get a batch ofmount stiffness coefficient of cushion.(4) focuses on analyzing the characteristics of BP neural network, the structuralparameters of the suspension soft mat as BP neural network input layer, the suspensioncushion stiffness coefficient as output layer of the BP neural network, soft mat suspensionBP neural network is established.(5) through the neural network to establish the objective function of genetic algorithm, theobjective function is the stiffness (yi-(mxi+b)) and stiffness to the target andoptimization. When the objective function to meet the design accuracy, that is, get goodfitness populations, which is under the target stiffness suspension cushion the results ofthe parameters.(6) although this optimization method can get ideal suspension cushion optimization result,but this method is not convenient to the designers, therefore, the application of MATLABGUI module, the above methods together.Through the above research work can be a MATLAB application, it can according tothe target stiffness, rapid and accurate determination of suspension structure parameters ofcushion.
