In recent years, as people continue to improve policies for renewable energydevelopment,awareness and government support,the development of wind turbinetechnology development is very rapid. With the continuous expansion of theincreasing capacity of wind turbines and wind farm construction scale, its share in thegrid has become increasingly large proportion of the safe operation of the windturbine issue more and more people ’s attention, where lightning wind turbines havebecome a threat to the safety of the main factors.Wind turbine is generally installed in the open field, mountain or beach areas,due to higher wind turbine towers and blades, likely to cause wind turbine struck bylightning. When the fan being struck by lightning, a huge lightning current will passthrough the spindle and the cabin along the deflectors, and then the ground suzeraintowers will be introduced into the earth. In this process, due to the steep head highlightning current wave of changes quickly, carried by the energy, will produce astrong electromagnetic field around the mutation passes through radiation, inductivecoupling manner and wind turbines Electromagnetic Field and the impact of powerelectronic devices for safe and reliable operation of wind turbines to generate threat.In this paper,1.5MW double-fed wind generator object modeling and research,combined with high-altitude wind turbine wind farm in Xinjiang installationmountainous and desert wind turbine is being struck by lightning electromagneticinterference analysis and research. Firstly, respectively, according to the theory ofdouble-fed wind generators and lightning current, the mathematical model of windturbine research. And carry out the fan blade, tower, nacelle model resistance,inductance, capacitance equivalent parameters and calculations, and then import itinto the electromagnetic transient calculation software EMTP, the wind powertransient process of being struck by lightning on the lightning current fans simulate the impact on the various components. Then using ANSYS finite element softwaretower and the motor part of the double-fed wind turbine be solid physical modeling,using ANSYS powerful computing and analysis capabilities of the electromagneticfield inside the generator is working properly for simulation and analysis. Finally,generators and towers suffered internal magnetic field when lightning simulation andresearch, and analyze the impact caused by lightning on its internal magnetic cloudand the air gap flux density changes. Through the analysis and study of the windturbine lightning protection made some improvements to reduce harm caused bylightning on wind turbine maximum extent of the wind turbine lightning protectionhas definite improvement effect.
