As an inexhaustible green energy, solar energy has become widely applied in theworld. Compared with the fossil energy, when the sunlight reach the ground, theenergy density is still relatively low.Therefore, in order to gather more solar energy,the size of the sunlight collecting surface and the condenser also should be largeenough.The condenser is usually composed of rotary reflection or transmissionelement.When the needed size is too large,its material,mold and the means ofprocessing will be affected by the increasing costs and become unable to conductextensive promotion,that kind of rotary reflection can only be used in the field ofastronomy.By changing the form of condenser structures,the new design uses a new form offour parabolic reflection in a particular combination,instead of rotary reflection.Theadvantage of parabolic reflection is that the reflective film can be stick to its surfacedirectly,while the rotary reflection must be coating film after the whole structure iscompleted in one piece,the coating costs is proportional to the size of the rotaryreflection.As a result,there is a significant reduction in the manufacturing difficultyand the related costs,and also,the costs of massive utilization of the concentrated solarenergy is greatly reduced.The incident light is parallel with the concentrated outputlight,which can be transported to a certain direction through flat mirror reflection.Thetransported sunlight can be concentrated at a fixed point with high energydensity,which makes the usage of the light source more flexible.This thesis mainly about the following work:(1) the illustration of the related theory and optical simulation, by using aphysical optics software,the light reflection process is simulated and the opticalproperties of several common reflective materials are analyzed. (2) The calculation method of relevant parameters and the design of thestructure.Complete the calculation of the unfold size of the parabolic reflectionsurfaces,according to the characteristic parameters of paraboloid,the paraboloidstructure is designed.(3) The design of the tracking system and light beam transmission system,basedon the concentrating characters and the potential optical use,finish the design of thetracking system and the beam transmission system.(4) The relevant checking method of the structures and the finite elementanalysis of key components,based on the characters of the pressure and force on thestructure,the key components are analyzed respectively.
