With the rapid development of global auto industry, the car has reached a total figure. The development of auto industry consumes a lot of oil and non-renewable resources.The traditional auto industry development is unsustainable, based on this, we advances the development of the electric car instead of the traditional cars. Electric car industry has become the governments and enterprises are the focus of development. Electric golf car is one of them. Car instead of walking in the golf course must have zero pollution, vehicle weight is lighter, gradeability strong wait for an advantage, but the current board of the development of the electric car battery life is not too much. The electric car just can meet their needs.This paper to do the work is to design and implement of electric golf cart central nervous-separately excited DC motor drive control system.Separately excited dc motor has a large starting torque, easy speed regulation, and the advantages of stable performance, electric golf car is more ideal choice.The main control chip of the whole system with microchip company PIC16F877A44pins of the chip. Paper gives to the armature current control module, excitation current drive control module, power drive module, data monitoring module module to map out the hardware schematic diagram; Hardware modules and software modules fully comply with the design requirements Can guarantee the safety of the motor to a greater extent and stable operation of the motor controller. Protect the safe operation of the electric car.
