EAST tokamak fast-acting reciprocating probe systems research "EAST superconducting tokamak fusion experimental device" comes from the national major scientific projects, is one of the important ways to use human exploration of fusion energy for human services, care in EAST tokamak all diagnosis, diagnosis is an important means to study the probe under the plasma boundary conditions prior art product, or even the only means. EAST tokamak research needed, the need to achieve automatic control to design a quick feed, security and stability of the probe diagnostic systems.The paper introduces the purpose and significance of EAST tokamak research, through access to information, knowledge and research on the status of the probe and abroad presented reciprocating design ideas, programs and basic methods fast moving probe system; according tokamak experimental parameters and engineering requirements, proposed the use of a slow-moving system and two fast actuation system design principles, through fast-acting reciprocating probe system for exchange device mechanical analysis and design optimization of the selected box5mm without stiffeners shaped structure, and vacuum experiments, strength and leak rate test results meet design requirements; for fast-acting reciprocating level probe system is running slow-motion systems that exist in the "stuck" issue and secondary fast moving system vibration phenomenon, were key drivers arm strength check and modal analysis to identify the cause of the problem, solved by fitting a slow motion adjustment system " stuck "phenomenon, through the use of external support and the support ring structure effectively reduces the probe system vibration during fast-moving issues; diagnostic probes based on experimental requirements, stepper motors and servo motors fast moving probe were related to debugging, to meet the design requirements.Research on this topic fast moving research and manufacturing reciprocating probe provides a technical reference for the future design and manufacturing EAST tokamak peripheral diagnostics accumulated experience.
