Thermal sensitivity products refers to its physical and chemical properties changes overatmosphere temperature, and controlling ambient environment temperature range of productsis the most effective way to ensure the quality and safety. Latent-heat temperature-controlpackaging is the PCM as energy storage material, and using of the phase change processneeds to absorb a lot of energy to counteract the heat which passing from the outside to thepackaging in the storage, transportation, and sale of various circulation, resulting inpackaging internal atmosphere has remained within the permissible temperature range productin a particular period of time, to help protect heat sensitive products from thermal shock andto ensure product quality in order and security. In this paper, using a typicaltemperature-control packaging system as the research object, the temperature inside thepacking is defined as the key parameter, research on heat transfer by ANSYS finite elementanalysis software theoretically and experimentally as follow:(1) Respectively, at temperature23℃,35℃,45℃temperature latent heat type oftemperature control packaging systems independent experimental study storage test.According to the experimental packaging system to establish a simulation model, usingANSYS software simulates the experimental process, and the simulation results with themeasured experimental temperature changes inside the insulation system is very similar,confirming the temperature ANSYS can reasonably simulate real latent heat distribution typetemperature control packaging systems. And based on the ANSYS simulationanalysis,comparison and summary, the general method which uses ANSYS to simulate thetypical type of temperature-control packaging system reached.(2) The insulted container’s thermal resistance(R) compares simulation experimentmethod with commonly calculated methods, the first one is closer to the experimental values.And analysis of the selected PCM’s temperature properties and simulation environmentinfluences on the result, getting simulation insulated container’s R-value generalrequirements for thermal simulation content by ANSYS.(3) By single factor experiment, the effect of using ANSYS simulation PCM single,double and triple layers the PCM’s properties of phase change heat transfer process.(4) A typical type of latent-heat temperature-control packaging systems for finite elementanalysis, analysis of the impact of external environment, insulation material and PCM, andwith a typical package in single and double coolant system is verified by comparingsimulation is reasonable, and compare with the theoretical test to obtain predictivemodel-based temperature control packaging systems latent heat temperature control of time,according to the model proposed a general method for latent-heat temperature control systemdesign package.(5) In Visual Basic as a development platform, Matrix provides functions to supportmixed programming, Microsoft Access as database was developed to provide the latent heatand temperature-control packaging design system. Software enables operation of the databaseinformation, design latent-heat temperature control packaging systems and existing latent heat and temperature control packaging system verification is reasonable.
