| According to New Rules in2013, it is clearly stated that all passengers inthe coach are required to wear seatbelts for the first time, or with a fine. Seat BeltReminder Device as one of effective way to improve the rates of belt wearing, whichbe installed in every coach, but the SBRD only reminders the driver and the frontpassenger, while ignoring the rear passengers. For a passenger train, although there isa driver in a tradition of "propaganda" way to remind rear passengers of wearingseatbelts, and yet the annual passenger vehicle accident reports show that there arealways some injured passengers who do not wear seatbelts. Therefore, in order toimprove the wearing rates of passenger car’s seatbelt and reduce injuries due toaccidents which are caused by not wearing seatbelts. In this paper, it is proposedPassenger Train Seat Belt Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things.1. The Theoretical Research: According to a large number of domestic andforeign document data, this paper summarizes the existing means and methods inSBRD. Give the main content based on IOT for SBRD. Meanwhile, combining therequirements of Traffic Bureau, the reasons why passengers don’t wear thireseatbelts and the shortages of the traditional SBRD, this paper proposed the keyproblems to be resolved for the system.2. The General Design and Implementation of System: According to demandanalysis, this paper designs Seat Belt Reminder System, including the generaldesign of the system, the overall scheme design of the sensor nodes’networking, thedesign of the hardware construction and software, the design of Low-Power, thedesign of communication protocol and the design of backstage supporter’s database.Following the system function requirements, this paper achieves the control unit ofpassenger car and the monitoring function of passenger transportation center. Thiscontrol unit is designed based on Μc/OS-Ⅱ. The monitoring system designincludes MFC program for the PC based on VC6.0. The control unitis implementedin a wireless network environment, and it transmits and collects data through seats’nodes, then it transmits data via network GPRS module to the passengertransportation center.The monitoring system of the passenger transportation centercontain user logging on module, Real-time monitoring on module, database anddate reports, and so on.3. The Test System: First, because of too much notes and the environment ofwireless, for the system, the communication module is very important. So we musttest the performance of the module. Its properties include of the real-timetransmission, transmission distance, and packet loss rate. Through the test, themodules meet system requirements; Second, this paper has verified the mainfunctions of the system, belt real-time display function, the results show that thesystem meet the requirements of the project. |
