The Evaluation Studies Of The Road Energy Saving

In the current days,under the international background, resources and environment problems are increasingly prominent.And with the rapid development of road transport in China,Road energy saving problem has become the issue of common concern in the low carbon economy era. On the other hand, with the development of social economy,tourism has become the most robust development momentum and one of the largest industries in the global economy,and in China’s economic development,tourism is the sunrise industry now.Based on the two hot issues,this paper will analysis the scenic road energy saving.Tourism scenic road construction will inevitably make some destruction and influence to the travel landscape and ecological environment. So the energy-saving evaluation of scenic area road construction is particularly importantThis paper use qualitative and quantitative methods.firstly elaborates this article’s research background, the necessity, research purpose, research content and so on;Then do a simple introduction of the scenic road related energy saving theoretical;Then on the basis of a vast amount of literature reading, this paper analyze the United States, Japan, Europe and other developed countries’experience of road transport energy saving,then draw the way of scenic road energy saving for our country.Mainly from the legal measures, and its concrete road energy-saving measures as a reference;Then from two aspects of macroscopic and microscopic analyze the influence factors of energy consumption of scenic road.Micro factors include two phase points,that is from the whole life cycle energy consumption,the scenic road in the construction and operation periods;Then introduces two methods of energy saving evaluation,Life cycle method and "with and without comparison method".In this paper, using "with and without comparison method" to do the energy-saving evaluation;Then using "with and without comparison method" for its energy saving analysis,take HaiLuoGou scenic road for case.Finally putting forward the scenic road energy-saving measures.This article attempts to take low carbon energy saving of energy-saving evaluation method into the scenic road.In order to solve how to keep the scenic area road energy saving and sustainable development under the background of climate changing environment.
