There are mainly mountainous and hilly areas in western China with topographicand geological conditions rather complex. The construction of highway tunnel has metmany complicated disaster problems, and gas tunnel’s gas explosion is one ofseriousdisastersin the tunnel construction, under which engineering case like how toensure the progress, reduce the losses to the engineering problems need to be solved.This article relying on No.2Danjing Tunnel in the second ring highway ofChengdu(eastern), the hole collapse and gas outburst risk in the No.2Danjing tunnelconstruction’s process had been analysis and assessed based on the man-machineenvironment’s analysis and research in the process of tunnel construction, andcorresponding risk counter measures had been put up, furthermore puts forward a riskmanagement system. The main research contents as follows:①By analyzingman-machine environment of the No.2Danjingtunnelconstruction’s risk factors, using expert scoring method to obtain first-handinformation, and use AHP, entropy to comprehensive assessment of various risk factors,risk of each risk factor in the No.2Danjing tunnelof the risk system of value finally,and make a comprehensive assessment of the macro-management recommendations.②By collecting the tunnel convergence of surrounding rock and vault settlementdata, to analyse the No.2Danjing tunnel system displacement of surrounding rockdeformation during the construction process, the tunnel collapse risk situation and putforward the corresponding risk response measures.③For the No.2Danjing tunnelbelongs to the high gas tunnel, using remotewireless monitoring alarm system monitoring, artificial gas monitoring and advancedgas prediction of gas risk monitoring, the predicted results based on the gas,and focuson the ventilation and advanced hole drilling two measures to reduce the gas outburstrisk.④combined with No.2Danjing tunnel management status at present, put forward aset of risk management system, The system focuses on the managementprocess, organization and the corresponding risk management institution, this systemnot only can start the risk contingency plans in the first time, at the same time, it canprovide reference for other similar projects.
