With the rapid development of roadway traffic construction in our country, duringthe new highway construction, a lot of slope formed. Mountain Highways havecomplex natural and geological conditions, and due to natural factors (rainfall mainly)and the impact of human activities (highway construction), the original slope balanceis destroyed. Slope instability, landslides and other geological disasters may happen.What’s more, these may have a significant impact on the traffic flaw, vehicles, andpeople’s health. Therefore, real-time monitoring can be used in the slope engineering,and prediction of slope deformation trend can be developed by data analysis based onslope stability monitoring, which can forecast the potential geological disasters andmay reduce or avoid economic losses and casualties project is particularly importantdue to the slope collapse and landslide.This paper mainly study about the slope surface displacement-based remotemonitoring system laser ranging technology based on studies of slope monitoringtechnology which has been proven. The research is mainly focused on the followingaspects:①By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of laser ranging monitoringtechnology and other monitoring technologies to get the slope deformation monitoringand disaster warning system to monitor the laser ranging technique has moreadvantages.②Briefly introduces the principle of laser ranging technology, analyzes thesources of measurement error laser rangefinder, and gives the corresponding correctionformulas and methods.③Remote monitoring system for laser ranging project application site factorswere analyzed, the main objective analysis of the on-site environmental factors andsubjective human factors, and propose appropriate measures to improve the site basedon the analysis results.④Using existing monitoring data and analysis of geological data obtainedmacroscopic mechanical parameters of rock and soil slope, combining with thestrength and plasticity of PLAXIS the reduction module analyzes obtainedcorrespondence between safety factor of slope and slope surface displacement values,developed a slope deformation stage warning surface displacement values qualitative and quantitative determination method. And the use of gray-Markov model to modelfor prediction of slope stability evaluation conducted deformation and potentialgeological hazards early warning and forecasting.⑤Based on the actual situation of the right pieces slope established a laser rangefinder remote slope monitoring system specially for Yuxiang highway for water (river)to Wu (Long) segment K1691+100~K1691+400, a fully automated monitoring andanalysis of monitoring data were compared with the actual slope proved practical valueof the remote monitoring system, and successfully applied to the Nan’an DanGuangroad K10+490-K10+610road section on the left embankment instability widedisaster Monitoring project governance.
