Along with construction career development in our country, highway construction has achieved rapid development. But, with the development of the new road, also highlight expansion in front of us. In the earlier a batch of highway, have a lot of highway into the conservation and reconstruction phase. In the process, it will produce the massive waste asphalt mixture. If we can recycle, not only can save resources, avoid the waste, but also can protect the environment. Renewable technology in overseas has will be widely applied, but in China the renewable technology started relatively late. So this article in view of the bubble for the regeneration of the asphalt stabilizing agent technology, related research was done.Through consult the research situation, this article mastered the present situation of renewable technology development and the existing problems. According to the actual conditions of our country, the research on the analysis of the bubble asphalt reclamation asphalt mixture technology. First of all, it researched the regeneration of the mixture of reclamation mechanism and the influence factor. Through the investigation and analysis of the old pavement history information, get old road diseases material and make evaluation, and then put forward the reasonable regeneration scheme. Through adopting different sampling method to the old RAP material sampling methods do the evaluation. Through the experimental analysis of the old asphalt aging degree, old aggregate performance, analysis and research of the cluster index RAP materials, etc.Then, through laboratory tests of the asphalt mixture ratio design of the bubble, according to the actual situation of the old road and raw material performance, and put forward the regeneration of the mixture optimum moisture and maximum dry density. Through test results of the splitting test and foam asphalt mixture of cold regeneration of technical indexes determine the synthesis of design gradation asphalt content best bubble.Finally, by comparing the cool regenerated technology accomplished in factory and the cool regenerated technology achieved in place, put forward the construction technology and quality control precautions for cool regenerated technology accomplished in factory.
