Rail vehicle is a very complex multi-freedom vibration system, the cargo loading on a vehicle subject to the forces from different directions, such as lateral inertia force, longitudinal inertia force and vertical inertial force, longitudinal inertia force is one of important factors which is affecting the stability of cargo in vehicle, causing longitudinal movement of freight, rolling or overturning even endanger traffic safety and integrity of goods.To achieve stable and rapid development of China’s economy, meet the "speed" and "reload" directions of railway transport, China has successively developed a series of new railway wagons, such as trunk which adapt to railway link transport. In the coming period,70t-class truck will gradually replace the existing truck which axle is211becoming the main truck in railway transport. But in the existing " rail freight loading reinforcement rule ", longitudinal inertia force with the rigid reinforcement and flexible reinforcement is calculated by using the60t-class truck as impact vehicle, whether the formula can apply for the impact70t-class truck or not, it needs to be verified.In this paper, longitudinal inertia force computer is studied by computer simulation based on the theory of the railway freight cargo loading reinforcement. Consider the factors which impact goods longitudinal inertia force, including shunting coupling speed, total weight of heavy vehicles, buffer type and reinforcement methods, and using SIMPACK to building model, then check the model’s correction and optimization, thus use " force value test " data to rationalize the model validation. Finally, using70t-class truck as impact vehicle to simulation, freights’weight vary from lOt to90t, get the relationship between the acceleration figure and the variation of gravity, and in this situation, the current computing standards " Railway load Securing rule " in the cargo longitudinal inertia force should be increased conclusion.
