Abstract/Summary:
The whole of China and the world is in the large-scale process of urbanization. A variety of urban ills are produced. How to alleviate and solve these urban ills, urban designers need to study both Chinese and western urban planning, find the common fault in the process of urban development, draw lessons from the experience, and combined with local conditions, produce effective city planning for the future.Both Beijing and Moscow are famous cities of socialism. After the reform and opening in1978, Beijing has experienced the transformation from planned economy to market economy. Moscow after the collapse of the Soviet Union in1991, due to the political system transformation, and so did the economic transformation. In this paper, based on the history of Beijing and Moscow’s economic transformation, study the urban problems and the change of urban form under the rapid growth of the population and traffic, in the process of rapid urbanization. The two cities have draw lessons from the meaning of each other.The first chapter, the analysis of research status at home and abroad, through collecting related material, arranging the literature, field research, theoretical research, data comparison, such as process, this paper carries on the realistic significance of this research:Beijing and Moscow is the capital power of the megacities; In history, the origin and development of urban planning and construction; In has experienced the transformation from planned economy to market economy, urban planning and urban form is discussed.The second chapter and the third chapter, through carding Beijing, Moscow,1990after1980years later, the basic conditions of urban planning, from the development situation, population, urban traffic, urban planning, urban ecological environment five aspects carries on the data research and historical representation, reflect their change law of showing its historical value.The fourth chapter, based on the above analysis, it is concluded that Beijing and Moscow in some urban problems facing after economic transition, such as:urban form pattern, population, traffic problems, the urban ecological environment problems, etc. Focus on analysis of the two cities from the perspective of urban planning of city problems the history behind the phenomenon, planning strategies, etc., it is concluded that Beijing and Moscow their unique characteristics and different problems faced by cities, and puts forward constructive Suggestions for the future of the urban planning strategy.The fifth chapter, summarizes the research results. Beijing and Moscow in this analysis all kinds of urban problems, is different and the advantages and disadvantages. Such as: priority development of satellite towns in Beijing, Moscow, policy guidance has lagged behind in Beijing, two cities there is a big difference between the pattern of the form; Population problems, corresponding to different future population policy; Common road traffic problem, make the future traffic strategy has draw lessons from the meaning of each other; Moscow excellent natural green space ecological environment and planning concept, bring to Beijing the prospected aim of ecological environment development in the future.Through the research to provide a reference for study of modern urbanization and the future development of Beijing, and make the research having more practical significance.
