Rapid economic development brings dramatic increase of distribution facilities and shortage of the feeder line corridors, which makes it a servere challenge to manage and build the distribution grid:According to our new energy policy, Distributed Energy Resources’(DER) of large-scale connected to the Grid will be a inevitable direction for the solution of pollution problems. At the same time, experts and scholars have made certain findings on the researches of the related standards and programs. It finally happens that the Grid abnormal trend, harmonics, safety problems brought by DER all focus on the information and communication technology barriers.There are three achievements done here.We summarized the DER grid-connection and Smart Distribution Grid (SDG) communications needs, proposed apposite communications for all businesses, established a communication scheme containning DER treated the three-tier structure (backbone layer, access layer and convergence layer) as a basis. Analyzed the relevant provisions of IEC61850and IEEE1547, proposed the complete demand information, the classification method of DER and established a object-oriented modeling methods, combined the demands for specific regions and the communication business features together, research each DER and network communication technology and business matching, found a evaluation index system for10kV station DER-connected,used fuzzy consistent AHP giving further evaluation of the choosen technology and gave guidance suggestion finally.
