Haerbin electrical department carried out the schedule of grid project2011based on local area electricity supply situation. The department demanded that the reliable electricity and the defaults of fragile surrounding area should be improved and resolved.Especially, proposing the research of the transmission line in double side power source cycle grid under110kV transform substation. This paper deeply research110kV rely protection and feature, then, not only concluding the research situation in our nation and foreign country, but also analysis the theory of line protection and devices allocation. Introducing the details of every devices, and confirming the better operation of positive sequence protection. The positive sequence protection can improve the ability of measuring transition resistance. Ranking next to above mentioned, researching the FFT, Sine model algorithm. Introducing resistance, zero sequence direction protection device algorithm. In this paper FFT, and Half-wave integration are adopted due to the improved reliable effect. The hardware and soft ware are designed in the scheme. The hardware consists of MCU and DSP, so called double CPU scheme. The software design includes the structure of programs and adjusting programs. The problem of disturb is considerate when the devices are designed, then, proposing some relevant tackling measures. One important work of this paper is the simulation analysis of the device and measures of resisting the disturb. The author devoted much time, and vigor on connection, balancing the experiment. The software, hardware and algorithm are proved to be correct and reliable.
