Research And Realization Of Data Analysis Technology Based On IEC61850in Intelligent Substation

As great changes has happened,the message of on-off Signal and AC analog had been transmitted by the Optical Ethernet of GOOSE and SMV in the Intelligent Substation, which replaced cables with the Network Message Transmission Model. A lot of changes has hanppened in realization and application mode of intelligent substation based on the IEC61850standard, most functions such as sampling and control was carried out by network data communication, there-fore,the technical requirements was much higher than the tradit-ional substation. In the intelligent substation, when there is a fault in the power system,the message in network should be recorded and analysed, returning to fault waveform of primary equipment and actions of secondary equipment. which help to fault analysis and find the cause of failure.The Network Message analysis record and power fault recorder are conbined,which adapt to the system maintenance.In this article,message such as FT3,IEC61850-9-2and GOOSE have been researched to make sure the key elements of intelligent substation. The Network Message Collection and Analysis method have been designed. The abnormal condition in the process leve communication have been summarized.In order to meet the requirement of message submission, retrieval andmanagement, The Network Message Storage algorithm and processing strategy have been proposed while.The platform of fault recorder and packet analysis system have been established taking advantage of computer technology, network communication technology, software technique and database technology which could collect,store,transfer and analyse the network message,process the abnormal message and extract GOOSE and SMV message.The platform of fault recorder and packet analysis system had been provided for debugging and maintenance of the intelligent substations.
