Ice and snow has serious harm to the transmission lines, ice flashover occurred, tower (pole) fall, or even make the grid paralysis. The research of practical transmission line ice melting and implementation plan has important practical significance to improve the ability of Zhejiang power grid to resist natural disasters, such as ice disaster, ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid, build strong Zhejiang power grid.Based on reading the relevant literature, this paper puts forward the whole idea of research of Zhejiang Jinhua500kV DC melting ice project implementation plan, means that In the study of basic theory of transmission line, the project to learn about the status quo, risk analysis of the implementation of this project, and puts forward the design of Zhejiang Jinhua500kV DC ice melting project implementation plan. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic theory of project management and basic principles of DC ice-melting technology to provide a theoretical basis for further research. Secondly, The present situation of Zhejiang Jinhua power transmission line is introduced from two aspects of the basic situation and the reasons of Shuanglong substation transmission circuit icing and harm. Because the power transmission line icing will cause many chain reaction, for the social and economic life has the extremely disadvantageous influence.Again, analysis the technical implementation of the project risks. Develop technical risk to implementation of the project can be after the project implementation basis.Finally, combining the basic situation, relevant theoretical aspects and substation technology risk, introduces the concrete implementation plan of the project from the project implementation of the overall concept and scope, construction organization and site management, construction process, construction technology plan aspects.
