Permanent magnet synchronous motors servo control system,requires accurate rotor position information, is hard to run because of thehigh failure rate of position sensors in high temperature, high humidityand dust environment, so the research of sensorless control is necessary tothe control system. In this paper, on the basis of the permanent magnetsynchronous motor vector control technology, combining the fuzzycontrol with sliding mode control algorithm to do the research onsensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motors.With building the sliding mode controller and designing of slidingmode controller with pre-filter and post-filter, the simulation results showthat the switching gain and angle compensation has serious impact onsystem stability and control accuracy. The appropriate switching gain andangle compensation can reduce buffeting impact and improve controlsystem performance effectively.Applying fuzzy control theory which has strong ability of processinguncertain information to sliding mode controller, we have built the fuzzysliding mode controller to select appropriate switching gain and anglecompensation. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improvecontrol precision and stability of the system.Designing the hardware platform and programming algorithm offuzzy sliding mode controller to apply to the system to achieve the rotorposition. Experiment results show that the algorithm can realize thesensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motors with goodspeed,high stability and robustness.
