The basic cycle of the power plant systems are Rankine cycle, while the steam work as the working fluid. Cold-end system plays an important role for the safe operation of power plants. Power plant cooling process is an extremely important part of the whole production process, cooling effect is good or bad plays a decisive role for the cold end system efficiency.Direct air cooling system use the air as the cooling medium,using the air to direct condense the turbine exhaust steam. The inlet temperature、exhaust steam heat bad, window and air velocity are the main factors affect the cooling effect of direct air cooling system. Therefore, they also are the main factors affect the direct air-cooling unit output.The variable condition of direct air-cooling unit contributes the condenser pressure to change, and thus has a certain impact on the unit output.According to the actual data of a330MW Direct Air Cooling Units, using the method of η-NTU, established mathematical model of cold-end system. So got the effect of the inlet temperature、exhaust steam heat bad, window and air velocity, tube inside fouling resistance,and thus analysised the impact on the unit output,so provided a reference for how to improve the efficiency of the unit.Meanwhile, according to the mathematical model, we can draw fan flow impact on the correspondence between the unit output, analysis of the wind machine unit output under various conditions of the variation of wind, in turn, can contribute to changes in group randomly drawn fan air volume adjustment, you can adjust and optimize the fan to improve unit efficiency.
