With the support of both youth project of Hunan Educational Bureau(Project Number:10B025)and Hunan Provincial Natural ScienceFoundation of China(Project Number:CX2011B392), research status ofsoil nailing is analyzed, with the background, dynamic response of soilnailing under strong dynamic load is studied.Granite residual soils are sampled from Hengyang, Hunan Province,which are used in this study. The physical and mechanical parameters areanalyzed through laboratory experiments. Through interface experimentsbetween soils and nails, interface parameters are obtained with differentwater content and copaction.With design parameters of soil nailing, simulation of soil nailing isfinished of laboratory experiments, also related parameters of theconcrete panel of soil nailing are determined, the physical model is set up.Through shake table experiment, displacement of the panel, earthpressure acted on panel, axial force of soil nails and acceleration ofvibration at different height, etc., are studied. While magnitude of inputload is more than0.4g, obvious fluctuation and accumulation emerges,of which presents parabolic-curve like distribution from bottom to top,whereas, earth pressure and axial forces along soil nails don’t presentobvious change, which demonstrates that displacement of the panel is themain parameter of stability analysis.Numerical model is put forward compared with physical model, forstudying strong shaking, finite deformation is introduced into thenumerical model. Dynamic response of soil nailing is researched underdifferent magnitude of dynamic load, the results show that, with smallmagnitude of dynamic load, obvious effects are not found, while loadmagnitude increases to a certain value, remarkable increment ofdisplacement of concrete panel is observed, earth pressure and axial forcealso present similar change.From the research, some results can be concluded. With not sostrong shaking, soil nailing shows good anti-dynamic load effects,however, with strong dynamic load, obvious deformation of concrete panel, etc., will come about, with these cases, stability of soil nailingshould be taken good consideration. |
