Energy crisis is getting closer and closer to our lives with the sustained and rapiddevelopment of global economy,and energy conservation and the development of energysaving mode is imminent. In terms of fruit and vegetable storage, the development and useof natural cold source in accordance with the present situation and the development ofChina’s energy. The use of natural coldnessresource is extremely far-reaching significanceto protecting the environment.The deepfreeze of natural coldness resource can improve theefficiency of resource utilization,achieve the effect of preservation of fruits and vegetableswith less power consumption. It in accordance with the social trends of resource saving.The deepfreeze of domestic natural constant temperaturemainly used for keeping fresh offruits and vegetables in the winter of northern China,which different from the traditionalcooler used for storing foods.The air indoor pumped in to the wall of the enclosure by themini fan and it pumped out for a cycle in the wall. The temperature controller in theenclosure is used to control the opening of the mini fan, which is used to ensure theconstant temperature in the cabinet. The air in the cabinet can keep natural flow.The deepfreeze of domestic natural constant temperature is designed for manyreasons,such as people are used to buying a lot offruits and vegetables in the winter ofnorthern China when there are no enough space to store,or the temperature of the air indooris not suitable for storing fruits and vegetables.The box uses the outdoor cold air and theindoor hot air, which are natural cooling and heat sources.The indoor hot air spread toeverywhere of the box, to make a balance between the cold environment and the hot air.Thetemperature of the cold box can adjust freely according to the optimal storage temperatureof the fruits and vegetables.The feasibility of the deepfreeze of domestic natural constant temperature applicationsin the winter of northern China is theoretically proved in the paper first, and through theestablishment of model, we mastered the change law of the temperature field. These dataobtained through simulation can be good guidance and well-judged of the experimentalprocedure.In the process of experiment, we made the deepfreeze of domestic natural constanttemperature according to the design principle,and built the test bench of air supply system.Temperature field in the deepfreeze of domestic natural constant temperature changes underdifferent conditions according to the experiment.Experimental studies have shown that the deepfreeze of domestic natural constanttemperature is suitable for using in winter of the northern China. It can achieve different storage temperatures when the temperature of the outdoor environment between-15℃to5℃,and the temperature field in the boxis mainly in line with the expectations. Hot airsupply by the small holes at the top of the interlayer is better than by the small holes in theduct on the bottom of the box.The lower the outdoor temperature,the longer the time of hotair supply and the greater the amountof hot-air supplied. The lower the hot airtemperature,the longer the time of hot air supply and the greater the amountof hot-airsupplied.
