In recent years, mineral admixtures are widely used in industrial and civil, first, to solve the environmental pollution caused by industrial waste heap problems. Second, the mineral admixture mixed concrete can improve the work performance, mechanical properties and durability. Last, the incorporation of concrete admixtures can reduce the amount of cement and the cost of concrete. However, the recent domestic research show, due to geographical differences, fly ash and slag carbonation of concrete performance impact is obvious. The test is based on previous studies, primarily in combine with local raw materials to research the slag ash concrete carbonation resistance of concrete.The carbonation test use the rapid carbonization method to study the performance of concrete admixture, mechanical properties and anti-carbonation properties.Test use C30, C40, C50concrete with slag and fly ash were single, the replacement of cement equivalent respectively are0%,10%,20%,30%,40%, C30concrete with slag and powder were re-ash, the mixing amount of fly ash is10%and respectively mix with10%,20%,30%powder, the mixing amount of mineral powder is10%and respectively mix with10%,20%,30%fly ash. Test show:(1)Added with fiy ash and slag can help improve the performance of concrete. when the mix amount of fly ash is less than30%,the slump increases, when the mix amount of fly ash increased to40%, the slump decreases, indicating excessive fly ash mixed with concrete performance unhelpful; slag incorporation of concrete help to improve performance, however, when compared with the same fly ash, the performance of fly ash is worse.(2) Since the activity of fly ash and slag are different, the compressive strength of concrete is various. Compared to the baseline,the fly ash and slag early strength (7d) was slightly lower. With the curing period of growth, the incorporation of fly ash and slag concrete compressive strength of concrete were higher than the benchmark, in the late28d,60d reached the design strength of concrete and higher than the benchmark. The mix amount of fly ash content is40%, the intensity ratio of the reference concrete compressive strength, but lower than the mix amount is less than30%, indicating the mix amount of fly ash should be controlled within30%.(3) Different strength grade of concrete,the carbonation depth are different. With the intensity level increase, the anti-carbonation capacity enhance.(4) With the increase of fly-ash, the carbonation depth of concrete increases; compare with slag concrete and fly ash concrete, slag concrete carbonation resistance better than fly ash concrete.(5) Through economic analysis concluded amount of slag ash is30%, C30, C40, C50concrete work performance,compressive strength is better, carbonation depth is lower, so when the slag ash amount is30%,the concrete have the highest economy.
