In recent years, with the development of image sensor technology and theprogress of the theory of digital image processing, The applications demand for digitalHD camera is more urgent. Image processing on the image quality of digitalhigh-definition cameras play a crucial role. In this context, the study of DSP-baseddigital HD camera processing algorithms is of great significance.This paper mainly study processing algorithm and gives the implementation ofDSP-based camera processing algorithms. The camera’s image acquisition systemchoose to use a combination of FPGA and DSP, the advantage of this structure is ableto take full use of their characteristics. Firstly, the automatic exposure algorithm ofcamera is introduced. Secondly, on this basis of studying several algorithms, animproved white balance algorithm was put forward, which combined the advantages ofseveral typical white balance algorithms. Finally, the paper introduced theimplementation on TMS320DM6467platform of automatic exposure and auto whitebalance algorithms. The application in the actual camera show that this algorithm canbe realized, and achieve the desired effect.
