| In recent years, with the help of artificial freezing method, the increase in depthwhen digging a well is obvious. At the same time, the freezing pipe breakingoccasionally happens, majorly are big deviation in the well, freezing pipe breaking, working face floor heaving. Currently, the research on deep frozen soil majorly basedon sandy soil and floury soil, the soil in this research is calcium clay, there is a lack oftheoretical study in this aspect. In order to study the influence of the frozen liquidleakage on the surrounding soil after the fracture of the frozen pipe. This researchstudies the mechanical behavior under cold conditions of the typical subsidiary minewell calcium clay in Yangcun, Huainan.(1)Through the uniaxial compressive strength experiment of the frozen soil, therelation between the freezing strength and temperature, salt content, water content isstudied. The modulus of elasticity under the condition of salty frozen as well as thechange rule of the Poission’s ratio by changing the temperature and salt content is alsoanalyzed.(2)The calcium clay stress-strain relationship with the change of salt content isfound. The stress-strain relationship history is obtained through uniaxial compressivestrength experiment, the calcium clay stress-strain relationship model is built with thechange of the salt content.(3)Through the analyses of the saturated no salty and saturated salty frozen soilstrength, the multiple relationship between the two is found, its two frozen soil strengthformula is also built under certain temperature.(4)Based on the experiment and orthogonal test, through the study of themechanical behavior with the change of different elements, it is noticed that there is themaster-subordinate relationship between frozen soil mechanical behavior and manyother elements.(5)The frozen soil creep test in Yangcun Huainan is carried on with the WDT-100microcomputer controlled frozen soil compression testing machine, the correspondingcalcium clay creep model is built.(6)Through the creep test, the relation between creep constant Aã€Bã€C under salt content of0%ã€4%ã€4.5%ã€5%ã€5.5%and temperature is studied. When thetemperature is-10℃to15℃, the relation between creep constant A, B, C under saltcontent of0%ã€4%ã€4.5%ã€5%ã€5.5%and creep constant A〠Bã€C is also studied.Figure:99; Table:22; Reference:47... |
