With the rapid development of underground engineering projects and to furtherimprove the level of science and technology, construction technology of tunnel boringmachine has been widely used and rapid development, TBM (hard rock tunnel boringmachine) is one of the commonly used equipment, because our country TBMresearch is still in its infancy, in-depth study on the TBM has great practicalsignificance. This research topic was proposed by Zhengzhou University andcooperation unit China Railway Tunnel Equipment Company. this article is a sub taskof the national "863" project-----large diameter hard rock tunnel boring machinesand equipment (TBM) of key technologies and applications (National HighTechnology Research and Development Program of China:2012AA041801), Itspurpose is to have research and analysis on shaped shaft, and provide the theoreticalbasis for the design of the follow-up of host and the supporting shoe system.This thesis first introduces on the composition and working principle of the hostand specific on the support system boots and propulsion system; second, the keypieces of special-shaped shaft research for the design of TBM are analyzed in detailfrom the structure, the choice of materials, in different conditions, and the maximumstress condition were analyzed static finite element simulation, obtained thedeformation, stress and safety coefficient, and the dangerous parts; At last, it givesanalyze of the processes and materials for shaped shaft, to seek alternative domesticmaterials to meet the requirements.This thesis based on research on the special-shaped shaft, it turned out that: themaximum stress of shaft is transfer force at the horizontal adjust; theory andsimulation results of the special-shaped shaft meet the strength requirements;according to the structure of special-shaped shaft set the appropriate processingtechnology; get alternative materials based on analysis of abroad shaped shaftmaterial and meet the design requirements shaped shaft. In this paper, the studyresults of support system and special-shaped shaft boots provides reference for thestructure design of TBM.
