In the field of civil engineering at present, preventing corrosion and rust of materialsgradually becomes the scholars’ important research content; one of the most potentialdirections is to combine FRP with concrete to compose a new kind of corrosion-resistant,durable and high tensile strength composite material.In this paper, we use the finite element software to analyze the behaviors of concreteshort column filled with double skin FRP tube under centric axial loads, the main workincludes:1. Analyze and summarize the research status at home and abroad.2.
