In the field of civil engineering at present, preventing corrosion and rust of materialsgradually becomes the scholars’ important research content; one of the most potentialdirections is to combine FRP with concrete to compose a new kind of corrosion-resistant,durable and high tensile strength composite material.In this paper, we use the finite element software to analyze the behaviors of concreteshort column filled with double skin FRP tube under centric axial loads, the main workincludes:1. Analyze and summarize the research status at home and abroad.2. Establish the finite element model of concrete short column filled with double skinFRP tube.3. change the model parameters to analyze the behaviors of concrete short column filledwith double skin FPR tube, the main paramedic variation and contents includes:①keeping the length-diameter, concrete strength unchanged, analyze the consequenceunder the influence of changing the hollow ratio and then get the load-strain curve, thestress-strain curve and the ultimate bearing capacity of the concrete short column filled withdouble skin FRP tube.At last this paper draws the corresponding graphics.②keeping the hollow ratio, concrete strength unchanged, analyze the consequenceunder the influence of changing the length-diameter and then get the load-strain curve, thestress-strain curve and the ultimate bearing capacity of the concrete short column filled withdouble skin FRP tube.At last this paper draws the corresponding graphics.③keeping the hollow ratio, length-diameter unchanged, analyze the consequence underthe influence of changing the concrete strength and then get the load-strain curve, thestress-strain curve and the ultimate bearing capacity of the concrete short column filled withdouble skin FRP tube.At last this paper draws the corresponding graphics.
