The cable-stayed bridge is a composite bridge with bridge deck system incompression and supporting system in tension system pressure, it is better to play astrong cable tensile, compressive capacity characteristics of concrete beams (or steelbox girder), Because of its large span and the overall stiffness big, it gets a betterapplication in large-span bridges. The cable-stayed bridge is convenient for cantileverconstruction, but due to the cable connected to the main girder and cable towerstructure is complex, and the relationship between the internal force and deformation isvery closely, construction has high difficulty. In order to ensure the safety of theconstruction process and meet the design requirements with eventual linear and internalforce of bridge, perfect construction procedure and monitoring plan.must be writtenbefore the constructionIn this paper, Zhaoqing Yuejiang bridge is a research object, The key technologiesfor single cable plane cable-stayed bridge construction were analyzed, The followingwork is completed the and the important conclusions are obtained.(1) According to the characteristics of Yuejiang Bridge, Cradle Constructionsegmented pouring methods were used for the girder concrete. Using the finite elementsoftware ANSYS,stress analysis and deformation wre calculated for Main Beam centralsingle cable plane Cradle conducted in four construction condition. the stress anddeformation results of the main components of the different condition were obtained.according to the calculation results, Basket cross-sections were designed and theappropriate steel was selected.(2) According to the structural characteristics and site conditions of YuejiangBridge, Cradle to install a holistic approach to enhance and develop the detailed steps.Basket after installation of static load test, test to1.10times the heaviest Basket pouringconcrete segmental load as the maximum load, using the heap of sand loading gunnybags, complemented web location plus pile of reinforced concrete to simulate the mainbeam pouring the whole process, whereby the draw Cradle of inelastic deformation andelastic deformation, the former has been eliminated, the latter by pre-lift elevation to beadjusted. (3) This paper describes the main girder and cable-stayed construction technologyand processes,they were elaborated about Guyed Travelers characteristics, constructionprocess, Cradle walking and positioning, formwork,steel prestressing worksconstruction technology, embedded parts construction, concrete works, cable-stayedfacilities and so on.Through the above research and analysis, the following important conclusionswere drawed:(1) Truss support structure was used on both sides of box girder beneath theinclined web and flange plate, it is Not only to meet the needs of the strength andstiffness,but also to reduce the weight of the entire Cradle of substructure. It is easierfor us to use the Cradle. Simultaneously, pin connector were used between both sides ofthe truss and main beam structure, it is easyfor on-site installation and removal.(2) because of the fulcrum lanyard as a two-way adjustable system structure, thereare more versatile. It can be adapted to have a certain inclination on Three directions ofthe inclined cable pulling and stretching.(3) Prior to the hanging basket, the fulcrum and anchor rod materials are made of40CrMo, avoid the risk of the use of finishing rebar prone to brittle fracture failure.
