Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers (CFBB) combustion is a new technology ofcoal cleaning combustion with high burning efficiency, low pollution and wild fueladaptability, compared with traditional combustion mode. In recent years, CFBB getwider applications, and its modeling and control research has also been the attentionof many scholars. In this thesis, CFBB physical structure is analyzed to find thefunction relation between input and output and build the system model. Then theparallelism of CFBB system was analyzed, the system is controlled by using parallelpredictive control algorithm. Solve Diophantine equations and identificationparameters by using parallel algorithms for improving computational efficiency andsaving computing time. Controlled object input has coal feeder speed, first air flowand second air flow, the output has the steam pressure and bed temperature. In viewof the structure and parameters of CFBB, parallel predictive control algorithm wasused to model and control the system. On the one hand, the parallel algorithm canreduce the computing time complexity and improve the computational efficiency, onthe other hand, steam pressure and bed temperature are controlled by two predictivecontrollers at the same time which can improve the effect of system control andreal-time control. This thesis briefly introduces the research background and gives thesystem modeling and control algorithms. The working is completed with matlabsimulation. It can be seen the algorithm can meet the control requirements from thesimulation results. |
