With the continuous improvement of production automation, hydraulic system has been widely used in all walks of life. Flow rate signal is one of the main parameters of hydraulic system,must be measured and controlled.The dynamic measurement for high pressure hydraulic system is the difficult point of hydraulic test.In this paper,the mainly research object is gear flowmeter(belong to the volumetric flowmeter), the main problem is how to gear flowmeter is applied to high pressure, and carries on the dynamic flow test for the high pressure side.Through theoretical analysis and experiment, the dynamic response range of the gear flow meter is determined, the relationship between the dynamic characteristics of gear flowmeter and the pressure of the system under test and the structural parameters of the flow parameters is researched;as well as, the methods of improving the measurement precision for secondary instrument is researched.This paper based on three gear flowmeters is designed by ourselves and according to the process of flow rate signal acquisition,all kinds of hardware and software are listed of flow rate signal acquisition,and detailed introduced a variety of experimental equipment and its working principle.Aiming at the overall structure of the three gear flowmeter, according to the performance requirements of the flowmeter,the model of detecting element is selected,the relevant experiments of gear flowmeter secondary instrument is made.The influence electromagnetism on non magnetic gear materials is determined,when the magnet steel on gear, the greater of the strength of the magnetic steel, the test effect will be better,the position and number of magnetic steel is based on the experience of the factory currently.The test bench of building is used, with PLC control speed changed according to the given rule,qualitative quantitative measurement speed is implemented, at the same time,the installation location of the sensor is studied.some relevant experiments of flowmeter secondary instrument are made in the experimental stage.By experiment research,the installation position of the sensor is determined,the biggest test distance of various sensors is determined, the style of the flowmeter installation hole,the gear parameters and the intensity of magnetic steel affect the test distance of the sensor are determined-Thought dynamic simulation experiment,the scope of the dynamic response is determined.Finally, using the GX Developer programming software, the dynamic characteristics of the gear flowmeter is measured.Due to the effect of experimental equipment precision,the result of the experiment can only reach2Hz.From the theory analysis, on the premise of meet the requirements of the experimental results can reach more than10Hz.
